Super Spartans in last 16 of Scottish Cup

IMG_20141129_165354  It was a privilege to be at Ainslie Park to see a Spartans late 2 goal flourish dump Morton out of the Scottish Cup.  The Greenock club dominated the first half and deserved their 1-0 lead.  The second half saw Spartans come out with more determination.  Morton were reduced to ten men after a player was sent off for second booking (both were clear yellows). This gave Spartans more belief.  Two late goals by Willie Bremner and Jack Beesley (in injury time) gave victory to Spartans.  At full time there were jubilant scenes at Ainslie Park.  Congratulations to Willie Samuel and all at Spartans FC.  Brilliant.
